The Vacuum

A very creative poem written by Aziza Saeed

My mother bought a vacuum
That was new and clean
In the morning it sucked my bracelet
And it was nowhere to be seen

I looked in the living room,
The kitchen and the store
I found the vacuum in my bathroom
Sucking up my toothbrush, towels, and more

I chased it all around the house
Hoping it will stop
But I was hoping too late
Cause it just sucked up our mop

I tried to call my father
But he left his phone right here
And as I turned to pick it up
It was gone and I'm in fear

I sat furiously on the living room couch
Thinking of what to do
And trust me its not so easy thinking
While a vacuum is sucking your shoe

I ran trying to find the vacuum
Then stopped and said "why bother"
I heard screaming in the kitchen......
The vacuum sucked my brother.
