The level of stress you are experiencing at a certain time seems to play a major role in whether the exposure to cold viruses would result in a cold. Volunteer subjects were exposed to a specific dosage of cold viruses and were followed closely. It was found that the chance a subject would get sick was directly related to how much stress the person had experienced during the past year. Studies also show that people with the lowest level of sociability are most likely to get a cold while people with the highest level of sociability are least likely to get a cold. My advice... Avoid stress as much as you can and socialize more.
