When did we creat the website ?
Genistra's Idea began in 2005 ,where we began the website under one of the free hosting companies. Later on that year we took a paid hosting package from another bigger hosting company .on that time , the websites name wasn't as today's.
Later in 2006 some technical issues made us stop the website and make a new one with a new name and new look . So historically the website began its activities since 7/7/2005.
What dose "Genistra" means?
A lot of people ask me what is Genistra? Genistar is a kind of flowers . We chose this name so we wouldn't be limited on ouractivities and what we add in our website .
Why did we chose a blog instead of of another content management system?
Weblogs has spread around in the few last years , in our point of view we think that a weblog is the best way to manage and maintain our website because :
1- In a weblog we are the ones posting , so we have more control in the general website culture.
2- A weblog has become more familiar platform for internet users.
3- the commentary systems gives the visitor a chance of expressing his thoughts and ideas about what we write.
Who is Behind Genistra.com ? ( Genistra Team)
We are a group of people who wish to make a difference. Gathered to make new friends, express our thoughts and ideas. And would always be delighted to give you ideas and make you a creative and successful person.

What about site design and development ?
Site design and development performed in house by Genistra.com , we are using Frontpage 2003 for programming ,Real draw and anry color picker for designs, CuteFTP for file transfer. Genistra.com is hosted by Living dot. very prestigious and professional web hosting company . We are currently using Movable Type 4.1 a software for weblogs management, developed by six apart.
