If laura,Suzanne, debra and rose go out for lunch,they will call each other laura,Suzanne, debra and rose.
If mike,bob,dave and john go out,they will affectionately refer to each other as fat boy,Godzilla, peanut head and scrappy.

When the bill arrives mike,bob,dave and john will each throw in £20,even though it's only £32.50. None of them will have anything smaller,and none will actually admit they want change back.
When the girls get there bill,out come the pocket calculators.

Every body has experienced losing control of his/ her temper. No matter how silly the situation is but there are some moments in our life's that we reach a point that we can't get it any more. Some people shout and yell others may crash things. Though sometimes it is relieve, however you might lose many things with out noticing. You might lose a good friend, your self respect and this will definitely affect your health in the long run.

The solution?
First of all remember the Ayah of the quran that says [ Those who spend (in Allah's Cause) in prosperity and in adversity, Who repress anger and who pardon men; verily, Allah loves Al-Muhsinun(the good-doers) ] Surat 3 Al-Imran.

Also Narrated Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه : Allah's messenger (Pease be upon him) said , " The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger"[ Sahih Al Bukhari 8,6114 ( O.P 135)]

Subhan Alla our religion Islam has covered all the issues in life. Even if you were the worst in controlling your temper after reading the Ayah and the Hadith you will definitely revise your concept and every one would like to be loved from Allah.

Finally always remember that the consequences of losing your temper aren't going to make any thing better.

When someone is in your life for a reason, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed outwardly or inwardly. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.

They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrong doing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up or out and force you to take a stand.

What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled; their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and it is now time to move on.

Next! When people come into your life for a season, it is because your turn has come to share, grow or learn. They may bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy. Believe it! It is real! But, only for a season.

Lifetime relationships teach you lifetime lessons; those things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation. Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person/people (anyway); and put what you have learned to use in all other relationships and areas of your life.

It is said that love is blind but, friendship is clairvoyant. I know why you are in my life and I love you for that reason . . . .
