Blue, purple, and pink
Are the colors I think
Will be good for my room
Painted on the walls with a magic broom
Yellow, orange and red,
Are the colors of my bed
With big puffy pillows to put on my head
Gray brown and green,
Will be perfectly seen
On the cretins on my window
Where they always have been
My room is filled with lots of things
Including big huge diamond rings
It has a lot of reading books
Coved with faces with weird funny looks
The ground is filled with
White and black
Under my table where
I always have my snack
My room is a place you would like to be
It's bright and clean
Thanks to me
A very creative poem written by Aziza Saeed
My mother bought a vacuum
That was new and clean
In the morning it sucked my bracelet
And it was nowhere to be seen
I looked in the living room,
The kitchen and the store
I found the vacuum in my bathroom
Sucking up my toothbrush, towels, and more
I chased it all around the house
Hoping it will stop
But I was hoping too late
Cause it just sucked up our mop
I tried to call my father
But he left his phone right here
And as I turned to pick it up
It was gone and I'm in fear
I sat furiously on the living room couch
Thinking of what to do
And trust me its not so easy thinking
While a vacuum is sucking your shoe
I ran trying to find the vacuum
Then stopped and said "why bother"
I heard screaming in the kitchen......
The vacuum sucked my brother.

Though you're no longer with me
Every day i find,
In one way or another
You're back there in my mind
I might hear a piece of music
And at once my mind is stirred,
Back to a treasured moment
The two of us have shared.
I never try to stop them
I let them justflow through,
its just my way of spending time
Once again with you
So no one told you life was going to be this way [four claps]
Your job´s a joke, you are broke, your love life is D.O.A.
It is like you are always stuck in 2nd gear
When it hasn´t been your day, your week, your month, or even your yeahr, but...
*CHORUS*
I will be there for you
(When the rain starts to pour)
I will be there for you
(Like I have been there before)
I will be there for you
(´Cause you are there for me too)
Your still in bed at 10 & work began at 8
You burned your breakfast so far, things are going great.
Your mother warned you there´d be days like these.
But she didn´t tell you when the world has brought you down to your knees. And,
*CHORUS*
I will be there for you
(When the rain starts to pour)
I will be there for you
(Like I have been there before)
I will be there for you
(´Cause you are there for me too)
no one could ever know me
no one could ever see me
since your the only one who knows what its like to be me.
Someone to face the day with, make it through all the mess with.
Someone I will always laugh with, even under the worst I am best with you.
[music]
its like you are always stuck in 2nd gear
when it hasnt been your day, your week, your month, or even your yeahrrrrr
*CHORUS*
I will be there for you
(When the rain starts to pour)
I will be there for you
(Like I have been there before)
I will be there for you
(´Cause you are there for me too)
*CHORUS*
I will be there for you
I will be there for you
I will be there for you
(´Cause you are there for me too)
The hills are alive with the sound of music
With songs they have sung for a thousand years
The hills fill my heart with the sound of music
My heart wants to sing every song it hears
My heart wants to beat like the wings of the birds
that rise from the lake to the trees
My heart wants to sigh like a chime that flies
from a church on a breeze
To laugh like a brook when it trips and falls over
stones on its way
To sing through the night like a lark who is learning to pray
I go to the hills when my heart is lonely
I know I will hear what I've heard before
My heart will be blessed with the sound of music
And I'll sing once more
I had closed the door upon my heart
And wouldn't let anyone in,
I had trusted and loved only to be hurt
But, that would never happen again.
I had locked the door and tossed the key
As hard, and as far as I could,
Love would never enter there again,
My heart was closed for good.
Then you came into my life
And made me change my mind,
Just when I thought that tiny key
was impossible to find.
That's when you held out your hand
And proved to me I was wrong,
Inside your palm was the key to my heart...
You had it all along.

Look at me,
You may think you see
Who I really am,
But you'll never know me.
Everyday,
it's as if I play
A part.
Now I see,
If I wear a mask,
I can fool the world,
but I cannot fool my heart.
Chorus:
Who is that girl I see?
Staring straight,
Back at me.
When will my reflection show
Who I am inside?
I am now,
In a world
Where I have to hide in my heart,
and what I believe in.
But somehow,
I will show the world what's inside my heart,
And be loved for who I am.
Who is that girl I see,
staring straight
back at me?
Why is my reflection someone I don't know?
Must I pretend that I'm
someone else
for all time.
When will my reflection show,
who I am inside?
There's a heart that must be free
to fly
That burns with a need to know
the reason why
Why must we all conceal
What we think
How we feel?
Must there be
a secret me
I'm forced to hide
I won't pretend that I'm
someone else
for all time.
When will my reflection show
who I am inside?
When will my reflection show
who I am inside?

When i was born, i black
when i grow up, i black
when i go in sun, i black
when i scared, i black
when i sick, i black
& when i die, i still black
& you white fella….
when you born, you pink
when you grow up, you white
when you go in sun, you red,
when you cold, you blue
when you scared, you yellow
when you sick, you green
& when you die, you gray
& you calling me colored??
