Al Motazawegoon

Al Motazawegoon " The Marriedes " is one of the best old Arabic theatrical shows . It's about two poor guys Masoud "Samer Ganim" and his friend " Hanafy".

Masoud gets married by chance to a very rich girl . She loved his way of living though he was very poor, but he wanted to live in the wealth of her father.

In the same time Hanafy gets married to his
neighbor (a traditional lady and a daughter of a
(butcher) to get away from his poor life.
So the big social and cultural gap creates lots of comedy and 3 hours of laughter.

I'd say a classical comedy from the golden age ..

Father of the Deaf

225px-Abbe-de-l-epee.jpgIn this picture you can see Charles-Michel de l'Épée he is the Founder of the first free public school for the deaf that's why they called him "Father of the Deaf". Charles was a french educator born in 1712 for a wealthy family in france . He had developed the first sign langauge , because of him poor deaf people could defend themselves in courts in those days for the first time .

Majed Magazine an entertaining and educational Magazine in arabic for young children. I think ever arabic grown up knows majed magazine because it's one of the oldest and most popular arabic comics.

Unlike Western Comics, Arabic Comics usually has more than one story in a magazine . As you can see super man in a separate comic than spider man although they are all from one production company .

So in Majed Magazine you can read about many characters each with different cartoon stories , also it's not only about the comic stories only , there are puzzles , hobbies section , jokes , information about different aspects of life and many other sections.

I think that majed magazine since its intoduction in 1979 has always been #1 arabic comics magazine and will always be.

If i would suggest one more thing for Majed magazine i would say that they could go for animated cartoons series as we know that most of the successful cartoons were oraginally comics like the smurfs.

Mary had a little lamb

Mary had a little lamb is American Nursery Rhyme written by Sarah Hale, of Boston, in 1830

Mary had a little lamb

Mary had a little lamb its fleece was white as snow;
And everywhere that Mary went, the lamb was sure to go.
It followed her to school one day, which was against the rule;
It made the children laugh and play, to see a lamb at school.
And so the teacher turned it out, but still it lingered near,
And waited patiently about till Mary did appear.
"Why does the lamb love Mary so?" the eager children cry;
"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know" the teacher did reply.
